Mental health no be just about how we feel; it also include our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affect how we think, feel, and behave, and it determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. According to WHO, one in four people will experience a mental health condition at some point in their life, but there still be significant stigma around mental health issues.

De workplace play a critical role in supporting mental health. Long hours, heavy workloads, and lack of support can lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression among employees. However, creating a mentally healthy work environment can boost mental well-being, provide purpose and stability, and increase job satisfaction and productivity. Employers should promote mental health awareness by offering resources like mental health days, flexible working hours, and access to counseling services.

De global mental health crisis be real, especially with de COVID-19 pandemic, economic uncertainty, and social isolation contributing to increased rates of mental health conditions.
