WFP De Mand $228m to Prevent Famine for Nigeria’s N’East

The World Food Programme (WFP) don dey seek $228 million to help prevent famine for people wey dey live for Nigeria‘s Northeast region. Dis area don suffer plenty from Boko Haram insurgency and other conflicts wey don cause serious hunger and displacement.

According to WFP, dis money go help dem provide food and other essential support to millions of people wey dey at risk of severe hunger. The situation for Northeast Nigeria dey very critical as many communities no get access to food and other basic necessities.

WFP dey work closely with Nigerian government and other humanitarian organizations to ensure say the aid reach those wey need am most. Dem also dey appeal to international community to provide more support to address the growing humanitarian crisis for the region.
