Trailer Lose Control for Lagos, Kill Six People

On Sunday, a tragic accident occurred at the Second Rainbow bus stop in the Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State, resulting in the loss of six lives. According to reports, a trailer with failed brakes lost control and collided with a car and a commercial bus.

The incident was confirmed by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), which stated that the trailer’s brakes failed, leading to the fatal crash. The accident caused significant disruption and resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries.

The FRSC operatives were quick to respond to the scene, but unfortunately, six people were pronounced dead. The bodies of the victims have been handed over to the police for further proceedings.

This incident is one of several recent road accidents in Lagos, highlighting the need for improved road safety measures and vehicle maintenance to prevent such tragedies.
