President Bola Tinubu don join hands with Nigerians, people and chiefs of Ile-Ife, and the global Yoruba community to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II. This celebration happen on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Tinubu use the occasion to praise the Ooni for his contributions to the development and unity of the Yoruba people and Nigeria as a whole. He acknowledge the Ooni’s role as a traditional leader and his efforts in promoting peace and cultural heritage.
Other notable figures, including the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, also send their congratulations to the Ooni. Aiyedatiwa talk on behalf of the people and government of Ondo State, praising the Ooni’s leadership and wishing him many more years of good health and prosperity.
