Kano, Nigeria – Wetin dey happen for Kano State no be small thing! As we dey talk now, dem don transport 588 students go 13 northern states as part of dem Students Exchange Programme wey dem arrange for 2025/2026 academic session. E be like say dem dey use transport matter take join hand tackle cultural bonding. n

Dis set of students, boys and girls, don chop the road go places like Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Katsina, Kebbi, Taraba, and Nasarawa states. E no stop there oh, another batch of 78 students don prepare to waka go Niger and Benue states for September 30, 2025. Na so everywhere dey light up with excitement! n

Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru, wey be Director of Public Enlightenment for Ministry of Education, Kano, na him drop dis gist wetin people supposed know about this transportation saga. Dis programme no be just to carry students upandan; e dey help dem sabi wetin dey happen for different states, bring dem closer together and show dem cultural diversity. E be like say dem go turn wahala into big party! n

Speaking to journalist after dem don load the students into vehicle, Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda, wey na the Kano State Commissioner of Education, send regard through Auwal Muhammad Mustapha, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation. Him talk say dis programme sure pass because the governor and im team don provide everything wey dem need to make sure say dem transport dem students safe. No wahala, no jam! n

Mustapha no forget to thank the parents and all stakeholders too, because without dem, this kind programme no go work. Dem go help ensure say every student dey safe and dem reach their destinations without any wahala, na so naija go run am. n

Omo, this Students Exchange Programme don dey give many students chance to meet new padi dem from different parts of country. Who no wan sabi new things? Na im be say this kind programme dey help boost social cohesion among students. Na good move wey fit change the game! n

As the programme continues, we hope say these students go come back with plenty stories, new friendships, and maybe some sweet gist of food wey dem try for their new states. Na so life dey happen for naija!
