Lokoja, Kogi State – Federal University Lokoja (FUL) don drop serious warning for students, staff, and dem public wey dey follow social media gists. Dem say make everybody forget that fake academic calendar wey dey circulate like no tomorrow.
Dis fake document come with big bold title wey read “Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 Academic Session” and e get one big red “X” wey show say na nonsense. FUL info squad don already put mouth say dat calendar no be their own (phew, who get time for wahala?).
The official statement wey dem release come dey talk say, “You fit see plenty things for social media, but if e no come from our official channel, no believe am!” Make dem no follow ginger the fake news wey fit scatter the whole place.
Dem also yan say real announcements go always land for their verified website and social media handles. So, if you dey see any information wey no fit verify, abeg, no share am! Dem even carry hashtag #StopFakeNews come join the matter to sabi inform people well.
FUL management don promise say dem go drop the correct 2025/2026 academic calendar plus resumption date later through approved channels. So make everybody settle down, no need to dey panic!
