Nigeria‘s Sports Minister dey call on Confederation of African Football (CAF) to take action against di way Libyan authorities treat Super Eagles players and officials during their recent match in Libya.
According to reports, di Libyan authorities no treat di Nigerian team well, and dis dey cause a lot of disappointment among di players and officials. Victor Osimhen, one of di key players of di Super Eagles, talk say he dey disappointed with di way dem treat dem.
Di Sports Minister demand say CAF must do something about dis mistreatment because it no be right. Di minister say di action of di Libyan authorities be ‘deeply disturbing’ and dem need to face consequences for their behavior.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa, di Chairman of di Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, also join di call for CAF to intervene. She say di way di Super Eagles were treated be unacceptable and CAF must take serious action to protect African footballers.
Veteran Nigeria defender also speak out, calling di treatment ‘unacceptable’ and urging CAF to take immediate action to address di issue.
