Mai shaida, Monday Osazuwa, ya bayyana a gaban kotun mai musamman ta laifuka a Ikeja cewa tsohon Gwamnan Bankin Nijeriya (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, ya umurce shi da ba ya ki da sakatari na kudin da aka tattara a madafunsa.
Osazuwa, wanda shine mai shaida na farko a shari’ar Emefiele, ya bayyana haka a ranar Litinin yayin da aka kira shi a kotu karo na biyu bayan an yarda da neman sake kiran shi na alkalin kotun, Justice Rahman Oshodi.
Emefiele yana fuskantar tuhume-tuhume kan cin zarafi da kudin da aka lalata da dala biliyan 4.5 da naira biliyan 2.8, wanda aka zargi an yi wa’adin lokacin da yake aiki a CBN.
Osazuwa ya ce a lokacin da aka tambaye shi na lauyan Emefiele, Olalekan Ojo (SAN), cewa Emefiele ya umurce shi da ba ya ki da sakatari na kudin da aka tattara ko kuma bayarwa a madafunsa.
“Ba na da wata takarda daga Emefiele ko lauyan sa na biyu, Henry Omoile, wanda zai tabbatar da karbar kudin,” ya ce Osazuwa.
Ya kuma bayyana cewa ya bayar da kudin ba tare da shaida ko wanda ya shaida ba.
Mai shaida na biyar, Mrs. Ifeoma Ogbonnaya, wacce ita Business Relationship Manager a Zenith Bank Plc, ya kammala shaidarta a ranar Litinin, inda ta bayyana cewa ta bayar da bayanan asusu ga Comec, Limelight, da Amswin Resources Limited ga masu kula da kudi, tare da takardun da aka yi wa Mrs. Margaret Emefiele, matar tsohon gwamnan.
Ogbonnaya ya tabbatar cewa babu wata takarda da ta bayar da alaka tsakanin Emefiele ko Omoile da wadannan muamalat, a cewar takardun banki.
