Kungiyoyin kare hakkin dan Adam, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) da Amnesty International, sun nemi a saki wa masu zanga-zanga 76 da aka kama a wajen zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance a Nijeriya.
A ranar Juma’a, Kotun Babbar Kotun Tarayya ta Abuja, ta yi wa masu zanga-zanga 72 daga cikin 76 bail a kudin N10 million kowanne, bayan ‘yan sanda suka kai su kotu. Ciki har da yara 28 da sauran masu zanga-zanga 44 da aka kama daga Kaduna, Kano, Gombe, Plateau, Katsina da Babban Birnin Tarayya.
Daga cikin lauyoyin da ke wakiltar masu zanga-zanga, Deji Adeyanju, ya bayyana cewa yaran da aka kama suna da shekaru tsakanin 12 zuwa 15, suna kurkuku tare da ‘yan sanda sama da kwanaki 80. An kama su ne a ranar 3 da 4 ga Agusta, 2024, a lokacin zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance.
An kai masu zanga-zanga kotu kan tuhumar kama laifin tashin hankali, tashin jirgin sama, lalata da dukiya ta jama’a, kai harin kan jami’an tsaro, da satar dukiya ta jama’a, da sauran laifuka.
SERAP ta nemi Shugaba Bola Tinubu a saki wa masu zanga-zanga kuma a daina tuhumar laifin tashin hankali a kansu. “Gwamnatin Tinubu ta yi wajibi da saki wa masu zanga-zanga 76 na #EndBadGovernance kuma ta daina tuhumar laifin tashin hankali a kansu, ko kuma ta fuskanci aikata laifi,” in ji SERAP.
Amnesty International ta kuma nuna adawa da kama da kurkukun yara da aka kama a zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance. “Amnesty International ta nuna adawa da gwamnatin Shugaba Bola Tinubu kan ci gaba da kurkukun yara da suka shiga zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance a watan Agusta. Kokarin da ake yi na shari’ar karya kan tuhumar tashin hankali ya nuna kuskuren gwamnati ga doka,” in ji kungiyar.
