No be dem suppose dey put money inside my account?” Her total loss reach $2,836.60, and now her account dey red, causing her bank to vex and add overdraft fees to her matter.

Qwick Gigpro don send email to users admit say na wahala dem dey face, thanks to Stripe, and dem assure sey money dey secure. But wait oh, dem no fit gimme any time frame for when people go see their money back. Na wah!

LaTiesha don try to reach Qwick through their support email and phone, but na only automated responses she dey get. Her bank don open dispute for the withdrawal, but the investigation fit take up to ten business days. E mean sey she go dey waka with empty pocket for small time, abi?

She don also talk about her sister wey dey work with Qwick too. Dem attempt to withdraw $1,200 from her sister account, but thank God, her bank flag the transaction before e fit go through. LaTiesha talk say, “If dis kin thing happen to 20 people and each person lose $1,000, na 20 hardworking people go dey struggle now!” Na true talk o, people wey get bills and responsibilities no fit get this kind wahala.

Qwick Gigpro never respond to any request for comment, and Stripe, the payment processor, too don keep quiet about wetin cause the outage. Workers like LaTiesha dey hold their breath while they dey wait to collect their money back and dey demand for answers. E be like sey dem dey candle their worries with palm wine for now.
