Ooni na Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, ya kira da gwamnatin tarayya ta Nijeriya da ta bitar da manufofin ilimi a kasar nan. Ya yi wannan kira a lokacin bikin kammala karatu na farko na Jami’ar Ojaja dake Eyenkorin, Ilorin, jihar Kwara.
A cikin wannan bikin, jami’ar ta samar da sabbin graduands 183, inda 21 daga cikinsu suka samu digiri na farko. Ooni ya yarda da ci gaban da aka samu a fannin ilimi a kasar, amma ya ce har yanzu akwai yawa da ake bukata zai yi don ceton ilimin sakandare daga lalacewa.
“Ko da yake an yi abubuwa da yawa don ceton ilimin sakandare daga lalacewa, gaskiya ita ce har yanzu akwai yawa da ake bukata zai yi cikin tsarin manufofin da suka dace da zamani na 21,” in ji Ooni.
Gwamnan jihar Imo, Hope Uzodinma, wanda wakilinsa ya wakilce shi, ya ce gaba na tattalin arzikin kasar ya dogara ne kan haɓaka ƙwarewa, ba mai na man fetur ba. Ya kuma nuna cewa jami’o’i masu zaman kansu na Nijeriya sun zama muhimmin gudunmawa wajen samar da ma’aikata masu ƙwarewa da zasu iya shiga cikin tattalin arzikin duniya.
Vice-Chancellor na Jami’ar Ojaja, Jeleel Ojuade, ya bayyana cewa jami’ar ta samar da sabbin graduands 183 daga fannoni daban-daban, inda Emmanuel Johnson daga sashen microbiology ya zama mafi kyawun ɗalibin da ya kammala karatu.
