Ondo State Don Increase Minimum Wage to N73,000 for Workers

Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, don announce say dem go pay state government workers N73,000 as minimum wage. Dis announcement happen on Saturday during the kick-off of his campaign in Ondo town, ahead of the November 16 governorship election.

Aiyedatiwa say even though the Federal Government approve N70,000 as the new minimum wage, Ondo State go pay more by adding N3,000. He talk say his administration dey committed to the welfare of the people of the state.

The governor also talk about some of the achievements of his administration since he take office 10 months ago. He mention projects in agriculture, like boosting food production, and rural road construction to help farmers. He also say dem increase doctors’ salaries and allowances so they no go leave the state.

Aiyedatiwa urge the people to convert their support into votes for the All Progressives Congress (APC) to ensure the continuation of developmental initiatives across the state.
