The National Youth Service Corps don finally talk as dem dey shake body for the drama wey involve one fine corps member, Ushie Rita Uguamaye, wey people sabi as ‘Raye’. E be like say gist don waka far as pipo dey claim say dem deny her Certificate of National Service because she no gree keep quiet about President Bola Tinubu’s government wahala. But no be so! NYSC sabi say na absence during clearance dey cause all this palava.
According to the NYSC spokesperson, Caroline Embu, na any how you think am, Raye no get her certificate because she no show face for April clearance. She no run am, no wahala, but her service year don stretch for two extra months because she no participate. Dem say this one no be new thing, dem dey do am for all corps members wey miss clearance, no be personal, just standard procedure. (Maybe nyash don vex for environmental factors!)
Na so Raye catch public attention months back with viral TikTok video wey she dey cry over price of everything wey dey chop her pockets. She call Lagos ‘smelling’ and complain say food wey suppose dey cheap don turn market for bad thing. But after all these grapevine stories hit ground, Raye come use Instagram drop bombshell say NYSC officers call her to collect her certificate but deny her sharp sharp because dem say she miss finishing line for that April clearance.
