Him don give 4,794 house owners for Abuja dem two weeks to pay their taxes or receive severe penalties. Na wah o! This new rule go make people wey get land for the high-profile areas like Maitama, Asokoro, and Wuse II, dey cough out naira million to avoid wahala with the government.
Before dis wahala, Nyesom already show say him no dey play as him don begin seize land from plenty big boys for Maitama wey no update their land ownership documents since e be like say dem dey carry last.
Even light no dey shine for some of those properties, but Wike no send anybody as him don grab some plots wey belong to former president Muhammadu Buhari. Talk about being fearless! And as him dey collect these properties, the senator wey dey represent Abuja, Sanata Ireti Kingibe, don begin shout as e dey drag Wike for the mud about his tactics.

Dis wahala don hot since the beginning of 2023, as dem dey fight like cat and dog over who go run the show for Rivers. With local elections dey come for 2024, both sides dey prepare for battle, but the Wike faction no wan give ground, while Fubara side dey raise dem shoulder like dem get dem plans well-structured.
Na serious matter e be, as both sides dey make moves to secure their positions, with Wike supporters allegedly planning rally for Bayelsa in Tinubu’s favor. But the Bayelsa court don already block that one, saying e fit incite unrest. Na so e be for dis political drama wey fit pass Nollywood film!
