Hukumar Gyaran Najeriya (NCoS) ta kai wakilin cewa ba ta daure ‘yan ƙasa a cikin tsare da manyan mutane ba, a jawabi ga zargin da aka yi game da taron #EndBadGovernance.
Senata Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, wakiliyar Kogi Central, ta nuna rashin amincewa ta game da daurin ‘yan ƙasa da aka shiga a zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance, inda ta ce hakan na ‘zalunci da rashin adalci’.
A ranar Satumba, senata ta kuma kira ga Babban Alkalin Tarayya, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, da ta binciki umarnin daurin da Alkali Obiora Egwuatu ya bayar a Kotun Koli ta Tarayya.
Alkali Egwuatu ya ba da belin N10m ga wadanda aka kama 72, ciki har da ‘yan ƙasa marasa gina jiki, saboda zargin shiga zanga-zangar #EndBadGovernance a fadin ƙasar.
Akpoti-Uduaghan ta ce daurin ‘yan ƙasa a tsare na matsakaici ba daidai ba ne kuma yana keta hakkin dan Adam da suke da shi. Ta nemi Controller of Prisons, Haliru Nababa, da ya binciki yanayin daurin ‘yan ƙasa a tsare na Kuje, inda ta ambaci rashin gina jiki da tsare mara kyau.
Ta nemi gwamnatin tarayya ‘ta haɗu adalci da rahama’ da ta sallami ‘yan ƙasa da aka daure, inda ta ce ‘manyanyan mutane marasa kyau sun amfani da su wajen aikata laifuka’.
Ta ƙara da cewa, ‘Yan ƙasa za su kasance a makaranta, ba a tsare ba’.
