National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) da National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and IDPs (NCFRMI) sun sanya hannu kan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) don kirkirar kungiyoyin noma ga Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) da migrants a kasar Nigeria.
Kwamitin hadin gwiwa a ranar Laraba a Abuja, karkashin shirin Renewed Hope Restoration Project, don inganta rayuwar IDPs da migrants a Nigeria.
Shirin din, wanda shi ne aikin NALDA da NCFRMI, an tsara shi don samar da mazauni dindindin ga al’ummar da aka sace, zai rufe filayen kasa daga 1,000 zuwa 2,000 hectares a jahohi da dama, ciki har da Oyo, Taraba, Benue, Nasarawa, Abia, da Cross River.
Manufar da shirin shi ne kirkirar damar aikin yi ga IDPs da migrants ta hanyar haɗa su cikin ayyukan noma, bayar da kayan aikin su don sake gina rayuwansu, da gudunawa ga tsaro na abinci na ƙasa.
Executive Secretary na NALDA, Cornelius Adebayo, ya bayyana cewa haÉ—in gwiwar shi ne sanarwar gwamnatin Tinubu don magance matsalolin da ke fuskantar wadanda aka sace, ‘yan gudun hijira, da IDPs.
Adebayo ya ce haɗin gwiwar zai bayar da filayen noma, kayan aikin noma, rance, na kayan aikin, da kuma samar da horo na fasaha, da kuma haɗin kasuwanci da goyon bayan fasaha, don inganta tsaro na abinci na ƙasa.
Federal Commissioner da Chief Executive Officer na NCFRMI, Tijani Ahmed, ya ce haÉ—in gwiwar zai kawo sabon farin jini don samar da mazauni dindindin ga IDPs a Nigeria, a kan gaba da shirin Tinubu na Renewed Hope.
Ahmed ya ce shirin din zai kawo damar aikin yi ga IDPs da ‘yan gudun hijira, da kuma haÉ—a su cikin kantin noma, don su zama masu gudunawa ga tsaro na abinci na Æ™asa, da kuma samun ‘yancin tattalin arziki.
