Nigeria dey face increase in Mpox cases as de number of confirmed cases don rise to 102 across 26 states and de Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This latest figure dey up from de previous 94 cases that dem report earlier.
According to de Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), as of October 13th, a total of 102 confirmed cases have been recorded from 1,339 suspected cases. Dis show say de health authorities dey monitor de situation closely.
De NCDC has been working hard to manage de outbreak, and dem dey encourage people to take necessary precautions to prevent de spread of de disease.
De rise in Mpox cases dey come at a time when Nigeria also dey deal with other health challenges, including cholera and poliovirus outbreaks. However, de health sector dey remain vigilant and proactive in managing these public health issues.
