Lerato Sithole, wata masaniyar jagoranci daga Afrika Kudu, ta bayyana cewa ‘yanzu ne lokacin da mata suka karbi jagoranci ba tare da yaɗa kasa ba. Ta ce mata ba sa bukatar zama kamar maza wajen jagoranci, amma su yi haka ta hanyar kamanci da suke da ita.
A wajen taron DIA-CIO, wanda aka gudanar a Amurka, akwai shirin CIO Women in Leadership Program, inda mata masu jagoranci suka tara don bayyana abubuwan da suka samu wajen neman mukamai na jagoranci. Sun bayyana yadda suka yi nasarar kai ga gaɓar mukamai na jagoranci a fannin su.
Qatar ta bayyana himmatarta wajen tallafawa mata wajen jagoranci na sulhu da tsaro, ta hanyar goyon bayan shirin Women, Peace, and Security (WPS). Wannan shiri ne da aka tsara don kai ga manufar ci gaban duniya na shekarar 2030.
