Ma’aikatan jami’o’a a Nijeriya, wakil da kungiyoyin Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) da Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities and Allied Institutions (NASU), sun zargi gwamnatin tarayya da kura-kuran da ta yi wajen kaddamar da kwamitinin majadilai na tsarin albashi.
Kwamitinin, wanda aka kaddamar a ranar Talata a Abuja, an bashi muddar watu uku don kammala aikinsa na majadilai kan yarjejeniyar shekarar 2009 tsakanin gwamnati da kungiyoyin jami’o’a.
A cikin wata sanarwa da aka sanya hannu a kai da shugabannin kungiyoyin biyu, Muhammed Ibrahim na SSANU da Peters Adeyemi na NASU, kungiyoyin sun bayyana taron kaddamar da kwamitinin a matsayin ‘charade’, inda suka zargi gwamnatin da kulla baiwa kungiyar Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) kulawa fiye da sauran kungiyoyi.
“Taron kaddamar da kwamitinin ya bayyana cewa ya ke nan kusa da ASUU, yayin da sauran kungiyoyi aka yi musu kamar an za su a bayan gari,” a cewar sanarwar.
Haka kuma, kungiyoyin sun bayyana damuwarsu game da zargin baiwa da gwamnati ke nuna wa ma’aikatan ilimi fiye da ma’aikatan ba ilimi.
“Shugaban ASUU an bai shi damar magana a madadin dukkan kungiyoyi ba tare da shawarar da su ba, wanda ya tabbatar cewa ra’ayoyin sauran kungiyoyi ana kallon su a matsayin maras amfani,” a cewar sanarwar.
Kungiyoyin sun kuma nuna adawa da taron, inda suka bayyana damuwarsu game da zargin baiwa da zai faru a lokacin majadilai.
“Mun kautataccen taron da aka yi a sunan kaddamar da kwamitinin, domin ya nuna wata baiwa da gwamnati ke nuna wa ma’aikatan ilimi fiye da ma’aikatan ba ilimi, wanda ya lalata haqqoqin ma’aikatan ba ilimi,” a cewar sanarwar.
