Jam’iyyar Labour Party ta yi watsi da zargin cewa shugabanta na kasa, Julius Abure, yana aiki sirri don jam’iyyar All Progressives Congress (APC) mai mulki.
Wakilin jaridar jam’iyyar, Obiora Ifoh, ya fitar da wata sanarwa a Abuja inda ya karyata zargin da aka yi wa Abure.
Ifoh ya zargi Kwamitin Labour na Nijeriya (NLC) da tsohon babban jami’in jam’iyyar, Kenneth Okonkwo, da kai wa jam’iyyar ta LP tsanani.
Ya bayyana cewa zargin an yi shi ne wani yunƙuri na ƙarfin zuciya don kawar da jam’iyyar LP a faɗin jam’iyyun adawata.
Ifoh ya ce, “Bayan hukuncin kotu da ya tabbatar da Abure a matsayin shugaban jam’iyyar, wasu mutane, ciki har da tsohon jarumin Nollywood, Kenneth Okonkwo, da shugaban kwamitin siyasa na NLC, Prof. Theophilus Ndubuaku, sun yi ƙoƙarin kawo labarin cewa Abure yana aiki wa APC, saboda haka ne jam’iyyar Labour Party ta yi nasara a kotu.
“Ina tabbatar da cewa wannan labari ba shi da asali, kuma wani yunƙuri na ƙarfin zuciya don ci gaba da kashewa shugabancin jam’iyyar LP suna da muni. Yawanci mu na tabbatar da cewa jam’iyyar Labour Party ba ta aiki wa APC ba, kuma jam’iyyar ta LP ta kasance mai cin gashin kanta,” in ya ce.
Ifoh ya yi wa shugabancin NLC shawara da su daina yin tsoma baki a harkokin jam’iyyar LP, su mai da hankali kan aikin da Najeriya ta zabe su yi.
Ya ce, “Shugabancin Abure ya tabbatar da kudirinta ta hanyar nasarorin da jam’iyyar ta samu a zaben 2023 da kotun daukaka ƙara ta baya. Idan kowa zai ce cewa shugabancin haka yana aiki wa gwamnatin APC, to ba zai zama wani yunƙuri na ƙarfin zuciya ba, kuma wani yunƙuri na ƙarfin zuciya don kashewa shugabancin jam’iyyar LP suna da muni.
