Klopp, who leave Liverpool after almost nine years, go be in charge of strategic management for Red Bull’s international network of clubs. Dis include RB Leipzig, Red Bull Salzburg, New York Red Bulls, and two clubs in Brazil.
Oliver Mintzlaff, de CEO of Red Bull, na him dey behind dis big move. Klopp, who win every domestic and continental competition with Liverpool, including de Premier League in 2020, say he dey excited about dis new project.
“After nearly 25 years on de sidelines, I am thrilled to engage in a project like dis,” Klopp say. “While de nature of my role may have evolved, my enthusiasm for football and de individuals who contribute to de sport remains unchanged.”
Liverpool fans no dey happy with Klopp’s decision, as some of dem blast am say he dey hypocrite for accepting job from multi-club ownership group like Red Bull.
Klopp also get clause in his contract that allow am to leave if he get de chance to become de head coach of de German national team. Julian Nagelsmann, de current Germany manager, contract finish after de 2026 World Cup.
