Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) ta bayyana cewa har yanzu akwai jihohi da yawa a Nijeriya waɗanda ba su kai wa kudanci ‘yancin kudi ba, wanda shi ne yaki da kungiyar ta ke yi shekaru da yawa.
Wakilin JUSUN, Marigayi Isaac Abakpa, ya bayyana haka a wata taron manema labarai a Abuja, inda ya ce aniyar kungiyar ita ci gaba da yakin neman ‘yancin kudanci ga kudanci har sai an cimma burin.
Abakpa ya ce, “JUSUN ta yi taron kasa a watan Janairu shekarar 2023 inda ta yanke shawarar kaddamar da yajin aiki sakamakon kasa da jihohi suka ki amincewa da aiwatar da tsarin ‘yancin kudanci ga kudanci kamar yadda doka ta tanada.”
Kungiyar ta kuma nuna damuwarta game da yadda ake cin zarafin doka ta tsarin mulki ta shekarar 1999 asali ta 121(3) wacce ta tanada cewa dukkan kudaden kudanci za a raba kai tsaye ga kudanci ba tare da wata tsokaci ba.
JUSUN ta kira a hukumomin jihohi da su kai wa kudanci ‘yancin kudi kamar yadda doka ta tanada, domin hakan zai inganta ayyukan kudanci na ƙasa.
