Japan Airlines (JAL) ta bayyana cewa ta kasa da tsarin su bayan harin cyberspace ya yi tasiri ga jirgin sama a ranar Alhamis, Disamba 26, 2024. Harin cyberspace ya fara a kusan sa’a 7:24 na yammaci, wanda ya yi tasiri ga aikin jirgin sama na kawo takaddama ga jirage masu tashi daga filayen jirgin sama a Japan.
Harin cyberspace ya shafa aikin kawo kaya na kawo takaddama ga jirage fiye da 20 na cikin gida da wasu jirage na kasa da kasa, tare da jirage da yawa sun yi jinkiri na awanni 1. JAL ta dakatar da sayar da tikit na jirage na cikin gida da na kasa da kasa har zuwa karfe 12 na rana.
JAL ta bayyana cewa ta gano da kawar da sababin harin cyberspace kuma ta kasa da tsarin su. Ba a samu bayanan da aka sace daga abokan ciniki a lokacin harin ba, kuma tsarin su bai shafi cutar komfuta ba.
Poliisi na Metropolitan ta samu bayani daga JAL game da harin cyberspace kuma suna binciken harkar. JAL ta ce harin cyberspace na iya zama harin DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service), inda na’urori ke karbar data daga manyan masu aikata suna hana aikace-aikace.
Bayan harin, JAL ta kasa da tsarin su kuma ta fara sayar da tikit na jirage na yau. Haka kuma, aikin kawo kaya ya koma aikin yadda ya kamata, amma aikin kawo kaya na aikace-aikace na intanet har yanzu ana katsewa.
