Abuja, Nigeria — The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) don release di results of di 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) wey dem conduct for April 10, 2025. Dis announcement come from JAMB spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, on Sunday.
Candidates wey participate for di mock examination fit check dia results by sending “MOCKRESULT” via SMS to either 55019 or 66019 wit di phone number wey dem register for di test. According to JAMB, di mock UTME be optional, and e dey aim to test di board’s yearly innovations while giving candidates chance to experience Computer-Based Test (CBT) environment.
<p“Total of 200,115 candidates show interest for di mock exam, but as two candidates later withdraw, dis bring di final number of registered candidates to 200,113,” di board talk for dia statement. On di exam day, 73,844 candidates no show up, and 88 candidates fail biometric verification. In total, 126,181 candidates participate successfully.

Di board also recognize say some candidates face delays during di mock exam and e express regret over di wahala wey e cause dem. Di board explain say di challenges na due to di new features wey dem introduce to improve di conduct of di main UTME.
