CUSTOMERS of Ikeja Electric Distribution Company (IKEDC) dey complain bitterly about the difficulties dem dey face when dem try to recharge their prepaid meters. Dis issue don cause frustration among many customers who use social media to express their dissatisfaction.
According to reports, a network glitch has prevented customers from recharging their prepaid meters, leaving many without power. Dis glitch has been ongoing for some time now, and customers are calling on IKEDC to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This is not the first time IKEDC customers dey experience such challenges. In recent months, there have been several instances of power outages and technical faults that affect electricity supply in various areas under IKEDC’s coverage.
In another development, a High Court in Lagos recently dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) against IKEDC and other distribution companies over the recent increase in electricity tariffs. The court ruled that the lawsuit was premature and did not follow due legal process.
