Hudson-Odoi come up through de ranks at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground and help de Blues win Champions League, Super Cup, and Club World Cup before he move to Forest. Now, he be key player for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side at City Ground.
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca talk about de threat Hudson-Odoi pose to his team. Maresca praise Nuno Espirito Santo for de good job he dey do at Forest and acknowledge say Forest go be tough opponents, especially after dem beat Liverpool away from home.
‘We need to be aware and careful because today in football every game, no matter de competition, can be a difficult one,’ Maresca say ahead of de match. ‘Nottingham Forest have a very good manager in Nuno and a very good squad. They are doing well, especially away from home – and beating Liverpool is never easy, especially away.’
Maresca also highlight Hudson-Odoi as one of Forest’s key attacking threats. ‘For sure, he (Hudson-Odoi) is a very big player for them. They have him and many more good players and we need to be aware of all of them,’ he add.
