Katsina, Nigeria — On May 5, 2025, Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Radda, pay tribute to late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua as Nigeria mark 15 years since his passing. In a statement from Chief Press Secretary Ibrahim Mohammed, Radda described Yar’adua as a selfless leader whose governance philosophy dey inspire public servants today.

To boost agriculture, he mention a new mechanised agriculture centre for all 34 local government areas, featuring multi-functional harvesters and multitasker machines.
The Urban Renewal Project also dey progress, with completion of over 160 km of roads across the state within two years. “We dey also invest in clean water and energy — the SURWASH project dey provide potable water for over one million people,” he add. “Our 5-megawatt solar power project go help cut government spending by 50 percent.”
