Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) don announce say dem go do major system upgrade from Friday, 18 October to Monday, 21 October, 2024. Dis upgrade aim to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
During dis period, customers no go fit make payments or recharge their prepaid meters through online platforms or physical payment outlets. But, electricity supply no go dey affected.
EKEDC advise customers to recharge their prepaid meters and settle any outstanding bills before de downtime to avoid service interruptions. The General Manager of Corporate Communications, EKEDC, Babatunde Lasaki, talk say de new ‘All-in-One System’ go help dem manage customer data better, streamline billing processes, and respond more effectively to service issues.
Lasaki also say de new system go offer customers self-service options, allowing dem to access their information and transaction history without needing to contact de company directly.
