De transition committees, wey each have 24 members, dey led by different chairmen. De Edo State Government transition committee dey led by de Secretary to de State Government, Mr. Joseph Eboigbe, while de APC transition committee dey chaired by former Edo State Deputy Governor, Hon. Pius Odubu.

In addition to de transition activities, friends and associates of de governor-elect and his deputy, Dennis Idahosa, also plan to hold a novelty football match on November 11, a day before de swearing-in ceremony.
