Nigerian music superstar, Davido, don reveal how him and former President of Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, settle their differences. The two had been at odds over Davido’s non-appearance at the 2023 edition of ‘Warri Again‘ show held at Brownhill Colloseum, Ogunu-Warri. According to Davido, the issue was resolved after a late-night meeting at Amaju Pinnick’s house, from 12 midnight to 5 am.
Davido make this revelation during a courtesy visit to the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, on Saturday, October 5. Him talk say, “It was unfortunate that I couldn’t make it to his show the last time. Warri people were so excited as we drove from the airport.”
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro, also commend Amaju Pinnick for promoting Warri through the ‘Warri Again’ show for over 20 years. Agbateyiniro say, “The wisdom is exemplary. A lot of persons are going to learn from it.”
The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, express happiness over the resolution of the feud and praise Amaju Pinnick for his contributions to Warri. Him say, “Amaju has done us very proud as Warri people, in terms of this event (Warri Again) for many years.”
