Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals ta yi kara a gaban kotun tarayya ta Abuja, inda ta nemi a soke lasisin fitar da man fetur da aka bayar wa kamfanonin NNPC Limited, Matrix Petroleum Services Limited, A.A. Rano Limited, da wasu kamfanoni biyar.
Karar Dangote ya shafi lasisin fitar da samfuran man fetur kamar Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) da Jet-A1 (man jet), inda ta zargi hukumar kula da man fetur ta NMDPRA da ci gaba da bayar da lasisin fitarwa a lokacin da kamfaninta ke samar da samfuran hawa ba tare da kasa ba.
Dangote ta nemi kotu ta bayar da umarni ta hana NMDPRA daga sabunta ko bayar da lasisin fitarwa ga wadanda ake kira a matsalar. Kamfanin ya nemi tazara na N100 biliyan daga NMDPRA saboda asarar da ya samu sakamakon bayar da lasisin fitarwa.
Wakilai daga kamfanonin masu shiga cikin matsalar sun hada da NMDPRA, NNPC Limited, AYM Shafa Limited, A.A. Rano Limited, T. Time Petroleum Limited, 2015 Petroleum Limited, da Matrix Petroleum Services Limited.
Masu sayar da man fetur sun kasa da kara ta Dangote, suna mai cewa kasuwar ta samun ‘yanci kuma masu sayarwa suna da ‘yancin fitar da kayayyaki ko siya daga kamfanin Dangote da ke Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
Kotun ta tsayar da ranar 20 ga Janairu 2025 don samun rahoton ci gaban magana kan sulhu tsakanin jam’iyyun.
