Kemi Badenoch, Ministan Shari’a na Harkokin Cikin Gida na Burtaniya, ta nemi bitar da doka kan hukuncin ‘yan sanda da aka yi wa wata jarida Allison Pearson saboda rubutun ta a kaikaici. Allison Pearson, wacce ke rubuta wa jaridar Daily Telegraph, an zarge ta da kutsawa da kiyayya ta jinsi saboda wani rubutu da ta wallafa shekaru da suka wuce[5].[1]
Essex Police a kudancin gabashin Ingila sun fara bincike kan lamarin, wanda ya ja hankalin Badenoch kan yadda ake amfani da hukumomin ‘yan sanda. Badenoch ta ce mutane dole su daina “kawo cikas wa ‘yan sanda da abubuwan da ba su da mahimmanci” bayan da ‘yan sanda suka ziyarci gidan jaridar Allison Pearson saboda rubutun ta na shekaru da suka wuce[1].[5]
Lamarin ya zama batun tattaunawa a cikin al’ummar Burtaniya, tare da wasu manyan jama’a suna nuna damuwa kan yadda ake amfani da hukumomin ‘yan sanda wajen kai wa mutane hukunci saboda rubutun su a kaikaici. Badenoch ta kuma nemi a sake duba doka kan yadda ake kare ‘yancin faɗar albarkacin baki a Burtaniya[4].[5]
Allison Pearson, wacce ke rubuta wa jaridar Daily Telegraph, ta wallafa rubutun da aka zarge ta da kutsawa da kiyayya ta jinsi, wanda ya ja hankalin ‘yan sanda na kai wa ta hukunci. Badenoch ta ce aikin ‘yan sanda ya kai wa jaridar hukunci “ba daidai ba ne” kuma ta nemi a sake duba lamarin[1].[5]
