Sokoto State government don dey work hard to boost their rural economy through the construction of new roads. The Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) Sokoto chapter, recently inspect the construction of 88 kilometers of access roads that dey under construction.
This project na part of the efforts to improve rural infrastructure and enhance agricultural productivity. The new roads go help farmers and traders to move their goods easily, and also improve the overall quality of life for people living in rural areas.
The Sokoto State government also talk say dem de construct 267.6 kilometers of rural roads to further boost the economy. Dis roads go connect many rural communities to urban centers, making it easier for them to access markets and other essential services.
The inspection by RAAMP show say the project dey on track and dey expected to be completed soon. The completion of these roads go be a big relief to many rural dwellers who have been struggling with bad roads for a long time.
