Niger‘s military authorities don dey make new rule wey ban the export of rice, cereal, and other food items to all countries, except for Burkina Faso and Mali. Dis decision come out on Wednesday, October 17, 2024.
According to the new rule, only fellow junta-led countries like Burkina Faso and Mali go fit buy these food items from Niger. Dis exemption show say Niger still dey maintain good relationship with these neighboring countries despite the ban.
