MTN Nigeria don unveil one fully digitized experience centre for Abuja, and dis centre dey powered by advanced 5G technology. The Chief Customer and Experience Officer of MTN Nigeria, Ogunwa Nwoye, talk say the centre na the first digital service centre wey any telecom firm launch for Nigeria.
Nwoye explain say the centre dey designed to enhance customer experience by providing different digital services and solutions. She say the goal be to bring digital immersive experience close to customers and businesses. According to her, “We want to showcase what be possible with the technology we provide. As you know, MTN be technology company wey dey harness tech to enhance the lives of our customers and businesses around us.”
The centre, wey dey located at MTN Regional office in Maitama, Abuja, dey offer various services like buying SIM cards, airtime, data plans, and devices including 5G routers. Customers can also access these services independently through digital kiosks, though staff assistance dey available if needed. The centre also demonstrate smart home solutions, allowing users to control their homes remotely with a data connection.
The Regional General Manager North of MTN NG, ThankGod Otorkpa, add say the centre dey emphasize digital transformation but no forget the human connection. He say, “We would like you to know that even though we are going digital, we must not forget the human connection. It’s in that light that we have invited you today to be part of this journey, helping us to take a glance together into the future.”
The launch event attract select customers, brand influencers, and industry experts, all eager to explore the vast potential of 5G and its impact on various sectors of the economy.
