PDP don take big step by filing petition to challenge the result of the recent Edo State governorship election. According to Tony Aziegbemi, the state chairman of PDP, the party successfully file the petition on Saturday at the election tribunal in Benin.
The PDP dey claim say their mandate was stolen during the election, and dem no go rest until dem get justice. Dis move show say the controversy surrounding the conduct of the election no go end soon.
The party’s decision to go to the tribunal is part of their efforts to ensure that the true winner of the election is declared. Dem believe say the tribunal go help dem expose any irregularities that happen during the election.
