Sokoto State Government don announce one big plan to help their people because of the economic hardship wey dey now. Governor of Sokoto State say dem go sell food items and other essential things at 55% discount.
This plan na to help reduce the suffering wey people dey face, especially with the high cost of living. The government don spend N14 billion to buy these items, and dem want make sure everybody get access to them at cheaper price.
The items wey dem procure include rice and other important commodities wey people need. This discount go help families buy food and other necessities without breaking the bank.
The governor say dis plan na part of their efforts to cushion the economic impact and make life easier for the people of Sokoto State.
