Hardship: APC Chieftain Warn Politicians to Stop Inciting Nigerians

One chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, don warn politicians to stop using the current economic hardship in Nigeria to incite the masses against the government. Oyintiloye, who be former lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency in Osun State House of Assembly, make this call in a statement he release on Sunday in Osogbo.

According to Oyintiloye, any politician wey dey use the hardship to incite people against the government should be treated as enemy of the country. He say President Bola Tinubu need prayers and support from all Nigerians to help him stabilise the economy.

Oyintiloye emphasize say the challenges wey Nigeria dey face go be defeated if all Nigerians collaborate. He warn say using inciteful comments to cause public unrest no be the way forward. He believe say President Tinubu dey work hard to turn the economy around, and inciting protests no be patriotic.

In another development, Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Bello Muhammed Matawalle, also warn former Rivers State governor and APC chieftain, Rotimi Amaechi, to stop making inciting comments against the federal government. Matawalle say Amaechi’s call for Nigerians to protest against President Tinubu’s policies dey reckless and irresponsible.

Matawalle urge Amaechi to join hands with the government to move the country forward instead of making inflammatory remarks that threaten peace and stability.
