Hannatu Musawa: ‘I No Break Law,’ Minister Talk on NYSC Certificate Saga

Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, don dey face plenty questions about her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate. Recently, she talk on Channels Television’s Politics Today, where she insist say she no break any law.

Musawa say she no go let the controversy distract her from her work. She mention say a Federal High Court in Abuja already dismiss the case against her in April 2024 because the plaintiffs no get the legal right to bring the matter to court. According to her, this ruling mean the issue don dey settled legally.

When dem ask her about the NYSC certificate, Musawa say, “I didn’t break the law. The NYSC I did and finished. That is the much I can tell you. Everything I did was by the law.” She also claim say she probably do more NYSC than the presenter, saying she do at least two NYSCs in her life.

Musawa emphasize say her focus now be on delivering results for Nigerians rather than engaging in the controversy. She promise say one day she will come out with her full account of what happened to set the record straight.
