Our pre-season programme kick off last weekend and we get victories for consecutive days against Paulton Rovers and Mangotsfield United respectively.
For Friday night, we travel to Paulton where Rovers start early and give themselves early lead through a set piece.
Chippenham start second half well when Trialist G get the Bluebirds back for the game by stealing the ball and sidestepping the goalkeeper to equalise.
Chippenham then complete the turnaround for the last chance of the game where Rodrigues intercept and score pass the Rovers goalkeeper. A win to begin our pre-season.
For Saturday, a different Chippenham team travel to Mangotsfield United. United start the game well this time with scoring from another set piece after a ricochet for the penalty area wey give them the lead.
Chippenham respond almost instantly with an outstanding effort from Olaf Kozela from the edge of the area wey land for top corner.
Mangotsfield then score from another set piece wey be a diving header from a corner wey then lead us to half time.
For the second half nine substitutes na make and one of our newly signed players Felix Miles first chance equalise for the Bluebirds after his effort find the bottom corner.
Miles again dey on the scoresheet wey again win us the game when he go pass three defenders and put the ball for left hand corner to secure his debut brace. This lead to two out of two wins for less than 24 hours.
For Tuesday our opposition go be our Wiltshire counterparts Swindon Town wey dem nickname the Robins. Dem finish last season 9th for EFL League Two and play their football at The County Ground.
The Robins also start their Pre-season schedule for good form where dem too win two from two. For their first match dem cruise to 4-0 win against Swindon Supermarine with goals from Aaron Drinian (3) and a goal from former Wrexham man Ollie Palmer.
Swindon then travel to Spain where dem face Costa City for Alicante. Dem win the game 1-0 where Fletcher Holman convert a penalty for the only goal for the game.
Dem currently dey managed by legendary manager Ian Holloway, wey don manage over 1000 professional matches wey be a record only hold by 39 managers wey include the iconic names Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola and Arsene Wenger.

With the clubs separated by just 20 miles, plenty of players don fly for both The Bluebirds and The Robins. That number be 51 to be exact.
