Former America’s Next Top Model host Tyra Banks don file lawsuit against Netflix for defamation. According to court documents, the 52-year-old supermodel accuse the streaming giant of editing her interview to make her look bad.
Banks, wey serve as producer, judge, and host of the show, give a three-and-a-half-hour interview for the documentary “Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model.” But she claim say Netflix only use 16 minutes of that interview. She say dem take her words out of context and reassemble them to create a false story.
The documentary make am look like Banks allow sexual assault of a contestant on her show, according to the lawsuit. Banks say the editing create a “false and defamatory narrative” wey no match wetin she actually talk. She dey seek damages for the harm to her reputation.
