Babcock graduate quit bank job after 6 months, now selling fabric

A Babcock University graduate, wey dem call Busayo, don reveal for Facebook say she actually quit her bank job after just six months to become a fabrics seller.

Nine years ago, Busayo graduate from Babcock University with master’s degree in finance, and she admit say the degree help shape her into the woman and entrepreneur wey she be today.

For Facebook post on May 23, Busayo, wey get bachelor’s degree in marketing from the same institution, state say she get bank job at First Bank after her master’s programme, through her father, but leave the job after six months.

She leave the job to sell fabrics, describing her decision as one of the biggest decisions of her life.

She admit say the journey no easy, and sometimes her father wonder why she prefer to do business after all he put into her education.

However, Busayo, standing by her decision, state say she know wetin she want and express gratitude say she take that bold step.

Busayo maintain say the knowledge wey she gather from her master’s programme don help her for building and managing her business.
