Kano Gov Yusuf yarn say ADC don die before e reach Kano

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, don come out strong to dismiss African Democratic Congress (ADC) as party wey no get any political weight for Kano. The governor yarn say the party don die before e even reach Kano, as e dey suffer serious internal wahala and no get grassroots support.

Yusuf talk this matter on Sunday after e return from Abuja where e attend some important political meetings. E address massive crowd of supporters for Kano, and e no waste time to declare say ADC no fit compete for the state political arena.

“The ADC na dead on arrival for Kano,” the governor yarn with confidence. “The party dey battle internal crisis and no get the grassroots support wey dem need to survive for our political space.”

Governor Yusuf, through im Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad, explain say the party internal wrangling don spoil their structure completely. E say ADC no get the kind public trust wey dem need to even try contest election for Kano.

For the governor, Kano still dey firmly under the control of the ruling political structure, with All Progressives Congress (APC) as the main force. E talk say the people support for APC na overwhelming, and e urge im supporters to remain united and focused.

The political declaration come just as thousands of supporters throng Malam Aminu Kano International Airport to welcome Governor Yusuf back from Abuja. The crowd turn the 15-minute drive from airport to Government House into eight hours journey as people flood the roads with excitement.

Chants, music, and sea of party flags turn the city into carnival. Governor Yusuf, wey wear the signature infinity cap associated with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, use the moment to show im political alignment clearly.

At Government House, the reception intensify as supporters cheer late into the evening. The governor address the gathering and pledge to deliver improved governance and development for the people.

“Our administration go continue to deliver dividends of democracy for all critical areas,” Yusuf declare. “We go rally solid support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and I dey very optimistic say APC go, in sha Allah, win all the elective positions for 2027.”

The governor talk say the partnership between Kano State and Federal Government don already begin yield positive results. E mention infrastructural development and social safety initiatives as areas wey dem dey see progress.

Political observers say the massive welcome na more than just politics. E na celebration of power, the party, people, and possibility. E also serve as strong message to opposition parties, especially Kwankwasiyya Movement and ADC for Kano.

“APC na the strongest and most successful political party for Nigeria,” the governor insist. “Make people no allow other parties mislead dem.”

E praise President Tinubu, say the president dey do im best to improve economy and develop infrastructure across Nigeria. Yusuf promise say Kano people go support Tinubu re-election bid for 2027.
