For four days, from February 10 to 13, 2026, police operatives go on deep clearance operation wey shake ground for Kajuru, Tafa, Igabi and Kauru Local Government Areas. Na so dem carry out one serious attack on those bandit’s camps, and the results no be small!
According to wetin Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Mansir Hassan talk, dem don kill plenty bandits as dem recover some sophisticated weapons wey fit blow mind; dem arrests 17 suspects too! E be like say dem don really serious about this banditry wahala.
During di operation, police destroy some camps and una no go believe am, dem get serious gun battle with bandits! Some of the criminals wey no fit carry the heat don collect bullet wounds and dey manage their side with medical attention.
Sophisticated weapons wey dem recover include three AK-47 rifles, seven locally made guns and one English-made pistol. E be like say dat one no dey joke! Na so dem carry large quantity of hard drugs wey suspected bandits dey use to dey operate, showing say dem dey on top their game well well!
Hassan don also talk say some informants and drug suppliers wey dey link with these bandits don land for police custody. Na serious matter, as dem no go allow anybody wey dey cooperate with criminal network to escape jare.

Commissioner of Police, Rabiu Muhammad don assure di public say dem go dey carry out more intelligence-driven operations to wipe out banditry and other illegal activities.
