But NFF don no slack, dem don protest say DR Congo throw in some players wey no suppose play. Dem dey talk say dem players no get the right papers, wey make dem no qualify!
Now, FIFA dey hold the case, wey everyone dey wait to hear wetin dem go talk. Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, wey be the NFF General Secretary, don yan say: ‘We still dey wait for dem to gist us. If we sabi say nothing dey, we no go even talk.’ E be like say hope dey for our side.
According to wetin NFF dey talk, some DR Congo players don do nationality wahala, wey be say dem don swap wetin dem go represent. FIFA get their own rules about this matter. Players fit change loyalties once, but na so E be for Nigeria, not be for Congo wey no gree allow dual citizenship. Na wah!

Players like Alex Iwobi don chop their mind as dem dey wait for the good news, as dem dey hope say dem fit enter World Cup proper! If everything go smooth, Naija go dey face Portugal, Uzbekistan, and Colombia for group stage. E fit sweet now!
Shehu Dikko, our National Sports Commission chairman, don come talk say if in case FIFA carry wahala pass, dem go fit land for Court of Arbitration for Sport. ‘Na plenty things dey for ground, and once dem finish, we fit still see ourselves for court,’ Dikko yarn.
The World Cup go dey from June 11 to July 19 across 16 cities. One thing wey sure be say, Naija, we no dey give up! We go dey watch this matter no be small, we go hold our breath as we dey hope for good news from FIFA.
