School authorities no waste time, dem call her guardian come for questioning sharp sharp. One 17-year-old girl wey just suppose dey focus for her studies don turn victim for her own house.
According to wetin Miracle talk for her teacher, she say she just wan call her cousin with her auntie phone, but mistakenly dial the wrong number. Just like that, wahala don start. Her auntie wey dey hear di call no gree believe wetin she talk, and she go dey accuse her say she don dey keep boyfriend. Omo, the punishment wey she go meet na threat with knife and hot pressing iron.
Miracle further explain how her auntie take heat di iron and use am burn her face, breast, and everywhere. Na di kind family wahala wey no suppose dey for any pikin!
Reacting to dis matter, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, di Commissioner for Education for Anambra state, chop di matter well. She assure di public say justice go surely happen. She talk say government no go sit down dey look while children dey suffer. E mean say dis one go be serious case for Mrs. Edeh if na true she do am.
According to her, di government dey committed to ensuring say children dey safe under their watch. “Di state government go no allow this kind child abuse matter to dey happen under any condition, we dey take am serious,” she yarn.
