The Pro-Chancellor also chop belle full as e congratulate the newly admitted students wey don soji pass all dem hurdles to gain admission. E remind them say na to gather knowledge dem come this place, but also to build their character. ‘You go need correct character because society dey expect plenty from you,’ e add. As the pioneer Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Chinedu Mmom, come talk, dem don matriculate 1,246 students wey don complete registration. Him confirm say academic activities don start for di six faculties wey dem get: Agriculture, Allied Health Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Environmental Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, and Management Technology.
