Di examination wey happen from June 16 to July 25, 2025, get plenty students wey register. A total of 97,979 students enter di game, with 51,823 (52.92%) males and 45,156 (46.63%) females. But e no be all of dem fit see di paper, as 95,160 candidates actually sat down for di exam.
Di performance no bad at all, my people. 73,167 candidates (78.32%) sharp sharp score five credits and above, including English, from di 93,425 wey sit down for di paper. Even for Mathematics, 85,256 candidates (91.35%) don show say dem no dey joke, as dem score five credits and above out of 93,330 wey sit down for Math.
Overall, 82,082 candidates (86.26%) gain five credits and above no be mind Mathematics and English, while 68,166 candidates (71.63%) score five credits and above in both English and Mathematics. Omo, this one don dey waka pass di last year 2024 SSCE wey only get 60.55%!
Prof Wushishi talk say di examination na serious stepping stone for candidates wey wan enter university and higher institutions both for Naija and abroad. He also yarn say dis one na second chance for dem wey fit miss am before.
