Dem make am clear say di book no even reach National Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) wey dey responsible for scanning and approving textbooks for di country. E mean say nobody even check am to see if e align with wetin we dey teach children for school.
For di statement, di ministry say dem reach out to NERDC, and na dem confirm say ‘Living History’ no dey approved for any school for the country at all. Dem even urge parents and teachers make dem forget di stories wey people dey talk about di book. Instead, dem encourage everybody to dey check official channels if dem wan sabi about education materials.
