Na wah! Tomi Ojo don spill plenty gists as she yarn about her journey from modelling wey no dey work to the big screen for Nollywood. Dis babe sabi hustle well well!

Tomi grow for Lagos before she waka go Ibadan and later back to Abuja. E no easy to move around like that, but e make her sharp and independent from small. She talk say her background na wetin shape her character as an actress today.

But make we no forget, na psychology she dey feel like! Dis babe no follow typical film school route, but she dey observe life well and learn from wetin she see. E be like say na her natural vibe and observation skills dey help her craft her storytelling.

Tomi no even sabi say acting go become her career until when she don reach 20 years. She had plenty passions like writing and photography, but e be like say acting na the road wey she go follow gree carry her go far.

Na Viola Davis wey open her eye say be like say she fit dey do acting for real. She see how Viola dey represent strong characters for ‘How to Get Away with Murder,’ and na so fire catch her. Now she don set her eyes to work with Viola one day!

Before she enter acting, na modelling she try. But dem tell am say her height no fit the industry standard. So, she dey do face modelling with photographers, dey build her portfolio. But she still dey eye runway modelling, dey wait for her time.

Acting gree her more room to explore emotions wey modelling no fit give. As she enter Nollywood, she talk say her first audition no be beans, but she persevered. She do her homework, meet the right people, and secure small role wey pay well.

Challenges no be for small children o! She talk about how e dey tricky to break into Nollywood without any godfather. Because na people wey wan use you dey plenty, but lucky for her, she don find her tribe wey dey support her. At least she no let doubt carry her go down.

During times wey things dey slow, she dey remind herself of her “why”. She no let frustrations stop her from telling stories, she dey use her friends to chill-out for emotional support.

One lesson wey she learn on set be say, make she focus on wetin she fit control. Na true talk! She don learn how to talk to directors, and that one dey build her confidence. Every movie set na another classroom for am.

Tomi don play different roles, but she talk say ‘Stitches’ strong character wey she play really carry her far. And for her new projects, she dey chase mature, epic roles wey go challenge her more. Na action and psychological roles dey call her name now!

She also talk about her recent project wey involve old Yoruba language and na serious wahala e be, but she don dey proud of the outcome. Outside the spotlight, she find serenity for beach and intimate hangouts. No be every time camera dey face her!

Fame no dey come free; she don learn the hard way to protect her peace and emotional access. Na only people wey value her go fit get front-row ticket to her show, else, she go waka.
